This precision dipping & coating equipment features ultra-precise speed control (1–20,000 μm/s, 1 μm resolution) for fast, accurate dipping/lifting. Equipped with upper/lower limit switches for high-speed operational safety.
Boasts 4.3-inch true-color touchscreen (real-time position/cycle display), 150 mm indexed sample positioning stroke, and 20 N linear thrust (≤0.5% control accuracy). Supports room temp–200°C uniform heating and multi-cycle operations with customizable parameters: immersion time (0–9,999s), coating cycles (1–9,999), inter-coating interval (0–9,999s).
