Boasts precise speed control: stage movement (100 μm/s – 50 mm/s) and syringe pump speed (12 μm/s – 5 mm/s). Equipped with a 100 mm stage travel length, 13 mm max head-substrate distance, and 20 N linear thrust (≤0.5% control accuracy). Powered by DC 24V with a compact design (360×280×190 mm) and lightweight build (<10kg), it fits perfectly on a horizontal desktop.
