It is equipped with a 210mm × 297mm (A4) vacuum adsorption plate for stable sample fixation. The system supports multi-specification film formation using a 240mm wire bar (4–200 μm wet film thickness), interchangeable scrapers (55/100/150 mm width, 1–3500 μm thickness), and an 80mm four-side applicator (5–1000 μm thickness). Ideal for R&D and small-batch production requiring versatile, high-precision film coating.
