Professional research team

The company's core technical team has a total of 11 people whom all have master's degrees or above,  2 members among of them have doctoral degrees, another 6 senior experts of software and automatic control was introduced by Peking University, Tsinghua University, The Institute of High Energy, University of Science and Technology Beijing. All members of the R&D team have more than ten years of experience in the integrated circuit industry.

Our products has the patent rights authorized by China Intellectual Property Office including a utility model patent certificate for a national glue-spreading machine, an integrated glue-baking machine and a semi-automatic glue-rubbing machine.

All our products are research and examined by Setcas Electronics Co Ltd.,  Warranty period for 1 year are free. If maintenance service is required after warranty is completed, the costs will depends on the status of the damage situation.
